-The skills needed for healthy relationships and sexuality, and

-Ideas for talking about these topics,

-Why it is important to teach these skills,

-Important concepts to teach about puberty.

Speaker: Nicky Waring is a certified sexual health educator, certified elementary school teacher and mother. She has extensive experience working with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Nicky is passionate about empowering people of all ages and abilities to make informed choices about their own bodies through positive, inclusive sex education that promotes confidence, healthy body-image and self-esteem.
