What is this all about?

In May 2018, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research and Collaboration in Autism (CIRCA) at the University of BC launched a new provincially funded initiative aimed at improving training opportunities in autism and related disorders for families and professionals and para-professionals across BC.

CIRCA is currently undergoing a co-design process to examine the strengths, needs and gaps in training for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders in BC. The intention of the co-design process is to create a strategic plan for training that meets the needs of families, the autism community and the professionals that provide the services and supports.

If you are interested in providing input and feedback on the training needs that you feel would be most beneficial in BC, please come to one of these sessions or contact info.circa@ubc.ca
