Sunday Social runs from 2:00-4:00pm most Sundays at the Comox Valley Child Development Association. We are providing a space for autistic kids to meet peers, explore their interests and make friends. At the same time, it provides parents with an opportunity to socialize with each other. All groups are led by an experienced facilitator to ensure an inclusive and engaging environment.

Age groups:

  • 2-5 Yrs Parent and Tot  First Sunday of the Month
  • 5-9 Yrs Kids  Second Sunday of the Month
  • 9-14 Yrs. Tweens   Third Sunday of the Month

Group ages are a guideline only; if your participant is interested in a theme or activity outside of their age category, they may still sign up

The Sunday Social is a social group created by AutismBC.  Founded by the Regional Coordinator Amanda Flentjar in 2019 the group is an opportunity for the autism community to connect, play, and make friendships.  Parents are required to stay and light refreshments are provided.

Sponsored by the AutismBC Social club programs so the cost for you to attend is FREE
